Mandatory Pre-Entry Inspection: All units must undergo a mechanical inspection before beginning operations.

Regular Inspections in Miami: Scheduled mechanical checks every 3 months or sooner to ensure vehicle integrity.
Operational Policies

DOT Inspection Reporting: You must report any DOT inspection via email to operations@transflowlogistics.net within the same day, no later than during the 10-hour rest period. Failure to do so will result in a warning for the first offense, and contract termination on the second offense.

All transported loads are fully the responsibility of Transflow Logistics' clients. To ensure proper handling and care of each load, the following procedures must be followed:

Take photos of the insurance documents at the loading point.

Capture images of both the Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD).

Immediately report any damage or shortages.

Monitor total load weight and axle-specific weights for compliance.
